Mode of action

Contact herbicide/desiccant (bipyridyl, Group 4). Causes collapse of cell structure and desiccation of green tissues; inactivated on contact with soil.

Dose & application

0.2 to 3.0 l/ha depending on crop and use

Timing: As desiccant, 3 to 10 days before harvest with physiologically mature grain; as herbicide in fallow or chemical tillage
Method: Diluted in water, ground, backpack or aerial equipment; 200-400 l/ha (aerial min. 20 l/ha), 30-40 drops/cm2, with non-ionic adjuvant
