Mode of action

Post-emergent contact herbicide with some systemic action (glufosinate-ammonium, Group 10). Neutralizes glutamine synthesis, increases ammonia in cells and inhibits photosynthesis.

Dose & application

300 cm3/ha to 8 l/ha depending on use and weed

Timing: Post-emergent; in LL maize at 3 to 4 leaves and weeds at 2 to 6 leaves; in non-crop areas at early vegetative growth or tillering. Do not apply under prolonged drought
Method: Diluted in water with ground sprayer; >100 l/ha, 30-45 psi, 30 drops/cm2, with 1% ammonium sulfate or oil
