Mode of action

Insecticide from the anthranilic diamide group (Group 28) with a novel mode of action: a ryanodine receptor agonist that disrupts muscle contraction, causing lethargy, paralysis and death within 1-3 days. Acts mainly by ingestion and also by contact; it has ovicidal, larvicidal and adulticidal activity.

Dose & application

15-100 ml/ha depending on crop and pest (20-25 ml/ha in fruit trees; 25-100 ml/ha in field crops).

Timing: At the onset of attacks and larval hatching, based on damage thresholds, scouting, alert services, bioindicators and pheromone traps.
Method: Foliar spray. On soybean, corn and sunflower, ground at 80-100 L/ha at 60-80 psi or aerial at a minimum of 10 L/ha; on fruit trees adjust to canopy volume (up to 3000 L/ha); on tomato 800-1000 L/ha. Achieve 50-70 droplets/cm2.
